At LombokCare Foundation, accessible from www.lombokcare.org (“Site”), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document describes the different types of Personal Data collected through use of our website and the way this information is stored and secured by LombokCare Foundation.

This Privacy Notice explains how LombokCare Foundation collects and processes your Personal Data. Each time you use our Site, the most recent version of the Privacy Notice will apply as updated from time to time. This Privacy Policy is applicable to all visitors, registered users, and all other users of our Site.
“Personal Data” is any information that enables us to identify you, directly or indirectly, by reference to any identifiers such as your name, identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more factors specific to your physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

2. WHEN DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLY?
This Privacy policy applies to all Personal Data of visitors, registered users, and all other users of our Site as well as to the Personal Data of our donors, newsletter recipients, suppliers, volunteers and other individuals, which is processed by LombokCare Foundation.
3. Personal Data We Collect/Process
Lombokcare Foundation may collect Personal Data through designated forms on our Site when you register as a recipient of our newsletter or as a donor.
3.1 Purposes For Data Processing
    • To collect and process donations We process your Personal Data for the sole purpose to manage and collect your donation(s). For this purpose, we process Personal Data such as your email address, personal details, address and payment information.

    • To be able to send you our newsletter By registering for our e-mail newsletter via our Site, you consent to receive newsletters containing information about our activities. We process your personal data for this purpose on the basis of your consent and legitimate interest until you choose to withdraw from the newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Your Personal Data will be deleted from our systems after you have unsubscribed from the newsletter, ultimately within 2 months after unsubscribing. For this purpose, we process Personal Data such as your email address and personal details.

    • To make it possible for you to get in touch with us LombokCare Foundation is active on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. When you contact the foundation via social media, we process your Personal Data to answer your questions, respond to your messages and to be able to contact you in connection with campaigns that we conduct via such social media channels. For this purpose, we process Personal Data as provided to us by the designated communication channel for ultimately 2 years. After this period, your Personal Data will be removed from our systems.
    In addition, it is possible that when you click on one of the social media buttons displayed on our Site, the relevant third party places cookies on your device. Read more about cookies.
3.2 Systems Used For Data Processing
LombokCare Foundation uses the following computer programs or systems for collection of your Personal Data:
    • Mailchimp An email marketing tool which helps us to deliver our newsletters correctly.
    • Stripe Payment Provider We use this third-party service provider to process our donations Worldwide.
    • Midtrans Payment Provider We use this third-party service provider to process our donations within Indonesia/Asia.
    We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.
4. Technical Data We Collect / Process
With regard to each of your visits to the Site we will automatically collect information that is sent to us automatically by your web browser and we may use this information to generate aggregate statistics about visitors to our Site, including, without limitation
    • IP addresses
    • Browser type and plug-in details
    • Device type (e.g. Desktop, laptop, tablet, phone, etc.)
    • Operating system
    • Local time zone
This Technical Data is collected with the purpose to provide you with the functionalities of our Site and to make it possible for the administrator of our Site to manage the Site and improve the performance of the Site. LombokCare Foundation uses the following computer programs or systems through which we may collect Technical Data:  
    • WordPress as CMS for the website. The use of this system is important because no information can be provided on our site. The expected consequences for the person concerned are not or hardly noticeable.
    • Google Analytics We use Google Analytics to track how users use the site and how effective our Adwords ads on Googlesearch result pages are. The information obtained, including the IP address of your computer, are transferred to Google. Google will store this on servers in the United States. Please read the Google Privacy Policy for more information, as well as specific to Google Analytics. Google uses this information to track how our Site is used, to provide reports on the Site to us and to provide its advertisers information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if Google is legally required, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. We have no influence over this process. We do not use the Google Analytics obtained information for any other Google services.
5. Your Data Protection Rights Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights, covered by GDPR. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.     • to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on your consent to process your Personal Data; Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.

6. Information Security
LombokCare Foundation has a layered security in our systems and only designated employees have access to your Personal Data. All online transactions are done on a secure server. This means that information entered on the transaction page is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) before transmission. On secure pages, a “closed” lock symbol is displayed in the address bar and the website address in the address bar at the top of the browser screen starts with an “https” instead of an “http”. The Personal Data that you provide to us is generally stored on servers located in the Netherlands. If you are located in another jurisdiction, you should be aware that once your Personal Data is submitted through our Site, it will be transferred to our servers in the Netherlands.
