Our Main Program, also known as the READY-Action Program of which the letters R & E (derived from the Rehabilitation & Education services) and ADY (referring to Advocation), together forming the word ‘READY’.
In other words, by giving children with a disability the opportunity to work on their physical as wel educational development, we targeting to create a bigger chance for these children to become “READY” to take “ACTION” to participate in the society to their fullest potentials
Rehabilitation
Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Group Therapy are the base of our efforts to create progress in the development of approx 170 children annually. In every therapy session conducted in our ‘Bale Terapi’, we place the emphasis on the parent involvement as the main key in the child’s development progress.
Education
Our Special School ‘Pelangi LombokCare is combating the elimination of inequalities in education which are still a commen issue in Lombok. Our teachers are giving full attention to their capabilities, interests and talents instead of focussing on a disability. After all, the world needs all kinds of minds, they colour a rainbow of possibilities.
Advocation
Our Advocation program is getting it’s attention in our inclusive movement, in which we believe that in every single drop of water, there is a different story of life to be told and to be learned from. By applying various strategies we strive towards an inclusive society in which we can play, learn, work and most of all: to live and enjoy together
